GymTracker Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms are written in plain language on purpose. They cover the GymTracker app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using GymTracker, you agree to the following.

Who can use GymTracker

GymTracker is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it. If you are under 18, do not download or use the app.

Subscription

GymTracker works in full for 14 days, counted by the app from the first launch. After that, you need a subscription to start a workout or log a set. Without one, you can still see your history, Progress and companion, and export your data.

There are two subscriptions. GymTracker Monthly costs £4.99 a month. GymTracker Yearly costs £29.99 a year. These are prices in the UK. Prices vary by country, and the App Store shows the price in your country before you pay. Apple takes the payment from your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your payment details.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel or manage it, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases in GymTracker’s Settings to use the subscription you already have.

Apple handles refunds. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps applies alongside these terms.

GymTracker is provided as-is

GymTracker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

Not medical advice

GymTracker provides exercise tracking, routines, and programs for general fitness purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, and GymTracker is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. The app does not assess injuries and cannot know your medical history. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or injury, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own physical limits. Use of GymTracker, and any exercise program followed through it, is entirely at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use GymTracker only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy

What the app does with your data is set out in the GymTracker Privacy Policy. In short: your records are stored on your phone, and the policy explains backups, sharing, Apple Health and optional crash reports.
