How to get help

Email gymtracker_support@kalikoutsi.com. We answer within a few working days.

Please include:

Where your data is

Your workouts, sets, weigh-ins and settings are stored on your phone. We operate no server that receives them, so nothing is sent to us. We cannot see your data, and we cannot restore it for you.

Backups and restore

The app backs itself up a few seconds after you change a set. It keeps the last seven backups inside the app, where the Files app does not show them. Your phone’s own backup may also include the app’s data.

The 14 free days and the subscription

Every new install works in full for 14 days. The app counts them from your first launch, and keeps that date on your phone.

After the 14 days, you need a subscription to start a workout or save a set. In the UK, it costs £4.99 a month or £29.99 a year. Apple takes the payment through your Apple ID.

Without a subscription, you can still read your history, use Schedule, Progress and Settings, export a spreadsheet, and make backups.

If you delete the app, the workouts on the phone are gone. Back up or export first if you want to keep them.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Then choose Restore purchases. You can find it on the subscribe sheet and in Settings.

Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Choose GymTracker and cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Apple’s standard subscription terms apply.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple on iPhone.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds, because we do not take your payment.

Delete your data

Delete the app to remove everything it holds on your phone, including the backups kept inside it. We hold no copy of your data, so nothing remains with us. Your phone’s own backups may keep a copy until you delete them there.

Accessibility

GymTracker supports VoiceOver, larger text and Reduce Motion. If something is hard to use with them, email us. Tell us what is wrong and which screen it is on.

Crash reports

Crash reports are off unless you switch them on in Settings. You can switch them off again at any time.

If they are on, a crash sends a technical report to Sentry, a crash service hosted in the European Union. The report holds the error, your phone model, the system and app version, device state such as free memory and language, and a random ID that links reports from the same installation. It keeps no trail of the screens you used. The app does not attach your workouts, body metrics or Health records.

More detail

The GymTracker privacy policy sets out what the app stores, sends and shares. The GymTracker terms of use cover what the app does and does not promise.
